I have had a reason to comment onto the Truthfinder Background Check Report of my Therapist at the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health
specially located at the Phoenix Community Counseling Center on Gilbert Street in San Bernardino which shows by a google search:

During our last session, Mr Graves said that it was inappropriate for me to track down the use of email for our client care concerns in our therapy sessions.  This would be wrong and in non-compliance to the Enable Page for Persons With Disabilities.

(c) Full and effective participation and inclusion in society

There are different levels on which participation of persons with disabilities is addressed in the Convention:

1. Participation is a guiding principle underlying the entire Convention and its specific articles

2. Ensuring the maximum participation in all activities of persons with disabilities is an obligation of the State and of the society

3. Participation is a right which persons with disabilities have a legal right to claim

Why is participation important?

Full participation in all aspects of society is important in order to empower individuals to fulfill their potentials as citizens and contributing members of their communities.

In order for Mr Graves to see the error in his way of thinking that he has expressed to me during session.   And change his way of thinking by being open to change. and incorporate a full and complete truth building trust into our sessions.  So far, I have no confirmation that he is seeing truth behind a biased point of view to hold clients affirmatively denied from use and participation by non-technology email empowerment which against the wisdom wise creations of the united nations.
